Cindy Gittleman, Certified MBSR teacher, leads this program developed by Jon Kabat-Zinn. Includes instruction in mindfulness meditation practices and concepts, gentle mindful stretching, group discussions, daily home practice assignments and materials, including four guided mindfulness practice recordings.
