This workshop will feature a short but effective practice to get you ready to begin your day, uplift you in the afternoon and help dust off all the energy you have been wandering around in all day, bringing you back to a more quiet and peaceful place.

David has practiced qigong for 11 years and has taught a form of qigong/energy yoga for six years. In addition to teaching 3 Body QiGong, he teaches meditation and mindfulness classes, is a practicing reiki master and offers life exploring workshops. His love of energy yoga and healing led him through many trainings and workshops before becoming a teacher and workshop trainer. After nine years of practice, he moved on to learn other forms of energy healing. He became a reiki master, Tong Ren practitioner, studied with qigong master Robert Peng and shaman, Sandra Ingerman. He has spent years studying the teachings of Ram Dass and continues to integrate his learnings into his teaching so that he may help guide others toward a healthier and happier life.
