Dr. Heidi Lack is a licensed clinical psychologist, and board certified, registered Art Therapist with over 30 years of clinical experience. She has advanced training and supervised students in Behavioral Medicine at the Cambridge Health Alliance, Harvard Medical School. She has taught and supervised Art Therapy at Lesley University and is a former VP of the New England Art Therapy Association. Dr. Lack is a certified SoulCollage® facilitator, and has specialized experience/training in Mindfulness/Self-compassion, hypnosis, stress reduction, neuropsychological and personality testing, Social Thinking, and group facilitation. Formerly a psychologist at the Hallowell Center, she has been running groups for Women with ADHD for over a decade in which she fosters clients’ creating more regulated, balanced, and fulfilling lives based on self-understanding, self-regulation, self-compassion, and self-direction. Dr. Lack provides in-person assessment, and treatment in Lexington, as well as telephone consultation, school interventions, and workshops facilitation. Her main areas of clinical focus are ADHD, Women, Technology dependence, Sensory Integration/Processing, Stress Reduction, Anxiety, Depression, Ego-Strengthening, Overeating, Learning differences, and Social Thinking.
