PSYCHOTHERAPY: 'Living Whole' - 'Mind-Body-Spirit’

Jane Ayres, M.A., LMHC

Jane will discuss the direct influence of our thoughts and the physiology of our mental and overall health - the mineral balance in our body. These toxicities and deficiencies are the underlying cause of depression, anxiety, OCD, ADD, ADHD, learning disabilities, addictions, etc. These imbalances are easily identified through hair analysis. Detoxifying and rebuilding these minerals will bring us back into balance emotionally and physically thus avoiding dependence on pharmaceuticals. Awareness will be raised concerning the sources of these mineral imbalances. (Hair analysis will be available upon request).
